3. VMWARE Technology from HONDA
Chris Vincent/HRA/COP/HONDA : So often, we typically ask for services and when delivered only complain if the service or experience was negative or did not live up our expectations.
This is not one of those cases; I would like to commend/praise a member of your staff- Bharath Karnati (BK) this week he went above and beyond to assist with the Exalead implementation.
High level task that he performed exceedingly well:
1)Delivered the Exalead POC sever timely and without configuration issues or errors
2)Quickly created our test Domain account
3)Quickly granted necessary access to file sub-structures required for the POC
4)Assisted with firewall rules to allow for access to the application
The Exalead implementation team would like to personally thank you and others in IS that made this POC successful.
